Lucky Pub Platform Rules

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lucky Pub platform, including the website at luckypub.bet, all games, betting services, promotions and any related services provided by Lucky Pub ("we", "us", "Lucky Pub"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Lucky Pub platform.

By registering an account with Lucky Pub, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Lucky Pub platform.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistani players. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version takes precedence. Lucky Pub reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account.

2. Account Registration

To use Lucky Pub's betting and casino services you must first register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals (see Section 3 for eligibility requirements).

When registering your Lucky Pub account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Each person may hold only one Lucky Pub account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• Your account details, including your username and password, are personal and must not be shared with anyone else.
• Lucky Pub may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in your account being suspended pending verification.
• If you already have a Lucky Pub account and have forgotten your login credentials, please use the account recovery process or contact support. Do not create a new account.

Lucky Pub reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and play at Lucky Pub you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a voluntary exclusion from Lucky Pub or any associated gaming platform.
• You must not be a current employee of Lucky Pub or an immediate family member of such an employee.

Lucky Pub takes age verification seriously. We may request proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle – at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a periodic compliance review. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence.

4. Deposits

Lucky Pub accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances, bets and payouts are denominated in PKR. The following deposit methods are currently supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though large transactions may be subject to enhanced verification.
• Lucky Pub does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside Lucky Pub's control.
• Deposits are credited to your Lucky Pub account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.
• You may only deposit from payment accounts or cards held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned.
• Lucky Pub reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into your account as part of our compliance obligations.

If a deposit does not appear in your Lucky Pub account within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number and the amount deposited. Do not attempt to deposit a second time before confirming the first transaction status with support.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Lucky Pub account are processed to the same payment method you used to make your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. If your original deposit method is no longer available, contact support to discuss alternative arrangements before initiating a withdrawal.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may occasionally be longer during high-volume periods.
• Lucky Pub does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or wallet provider may charge fees on incoming transfers, which are outside our control.
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts held in your own name, matching the name on your Lucky Pub account.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
• Lucky Pub reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance measure and not specific to your account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Lucky Pub offers various bonuses, free bets and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated within the offer, as well as the general bonus rules below.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real money bets are placed first, and bonus funds are used only when the real money balance is zero (unless otherwise stated in the offer).
• Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the individual offer terms. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires Rs 20,000 in total bets before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute 10%–20%. The contribution rate for each game category is displayed in the offer terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire automatically.
• Lucky Pub reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds where abuse is detected.
• Players may opt out of bonuses by contacting support before a bonus is credited. Once credited, the wagering requirements apply.
• Each bonus offer is intended for one account per household. Claiming the same offer across multiple accounts in the same household will be treated as bonus abuse.

Lucky Pub's bonus offers are promotional in nature. They are not a guarantee of winnings and do not change the underlying odds or house edge of any game. Always read the full terms of each specific offer before claiming it.

7. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, virtual sports and other wagering activities conducted through the Lucky Pub platform.

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your betslip carefully before confirming any wager.
• Lucky Pub reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of bet placement, or where a technical error produced an incorrect price.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round where a bet has already been confirmed, the round will be resolved based on the server-side record of confirmed bets. Where a round cannot be completed, Lucky Pub will refund all confirmed bets for that round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, table and event. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market before bet placement.
• Lucky Pub uses certified random number generators (RNG) for virtual sports and slots. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in certified studio environments.
• Odds and prices quoted in the sportsbook and live betting markets are subject to change up to the point that a bet is confirmed. The price displayed at the moment of confirmation is the binding price for that bet.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lucky Pub platform. Engaging in any of them is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one Lucky Pub account, whether under your own name or another name.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses by way of coordinated wagering, matched betting across multiple accounts, circular chip dumping or any other technique designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven betting systems or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Lucky Pub platform in ways not available to standard users.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to affect the outcome of any game, particularly in live dealer or poker-style environments.
• Fraud: Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, providing false identity information or engaging in any activity that constitutes fraud under Pakistani or international law.
• Money laundering: Using the Lucky Pub platform to transfer, conceal or launder the proceeds of criminal activity. Lucky Pub is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Abusive behaviour: Using abusive, threatening or offensive language toward Lucky Pub staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Lucky Pub account login credentials – including your username, password and any one-time verification codes – secure and confidential. You must not share these details with any other person.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Lucky Pub account. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, change your password immediately and contact Lucky Pub support.
• Lucky Pub staff will never ask you for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
• Lucky Pub is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• All data transmitted between your device and the Lucky Pub platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Lucky Pub reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Account inactivity – accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Lucky Pub will attempt to contact the account holder before taking further action.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations that require Lucky Pub to restrict access to certain accounts.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Lucky Pub reserves the right to withhold any balance that was generated through prohibited activity. Funds deposited from verified payment methods that are unrelated to any prohibited activity will be returned to the deposit source.

You may close your Lucky Pub account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

11. Responsible Gaming

Lucky Pub is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be entertaining. If it stops being enjoyable or starts causing financial or personal difficulties, Lucky Pub has tools in place to help.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. These take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set reminders that notify you of how long your current session has lasted.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict your access to the Lucky Pub platform for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from Lucky Pub. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.
• Reality checks: Enable on-screen prompts during play sessions to remind you of time spent and money wagered.

12. Privacy & Data

In summary, Lucky Pub collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations. Lucky Pub does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data Lucky Pub holds about you and to request corrections where that data is inaccurate. Contact support to make a data access or correction request.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky Pub's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's Lucky Pub account at the time the relevant incident occurred.

• Lucky Pub is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside our control, including internet outages, mobile network disruptions or failures of third-party payment processors.
• Lucky Pub is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that the player did not verify independently.
• Lucky Pub does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
• Gambling winnings are the result of chance and skill depending on the game type. Lucky Pub makes no representation that any player will achieve any particular outcome.

Nothing in these Terms limits Lucky Pub's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by Lucky Pub's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

Lucky Pub may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, new product features, changes to payment processing arrangements or other operational requirements.

When material changes are made to the Terms, Lucky Pub will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor or clarificatory changes may be made without prior notice.

The updated Terms will always be accessible on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent change. Continued use of the Lucky Pub platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
